SALES TERMS

1. General
These sales conditions apply to all sales through www.angelsafro.no (now referred to as Angelsafro.no) to consumers.
Sales conditions together with your order, confirmed by an order confirmation, the total contract basis for purchase. Sales terms on Angelsafro.no is only available in Norwegian. We primarily supply goods to mainland Norway. Consumer purchases through Angelsafro.no are regulated through these sales condition and is regulated by consumer law, consumer law, marketing law, the Personal Data Act, E-Commerce Act and Credit Law. Where in these sales conditions require writing, is fulfilled by the use of e-mail, text message to mobile phone (SMS), letter, fax, etc.

3. Ordering and contract process
Your order is binding when the order is recorded on our server (computer). Angelsafro.no are similarly bound by your order if it does not differ from that which is offered by us in our webshop, marketing or otherwise. You still have the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the law of cooling, see further Clause. 12.
When Angelsafro.no receive your order, we will confirm the order and automatically send a confirmation to you. Read carefully the order confirmation when you receive it and examine advocated confirmation is in compliance with the order.
Discrepancies between your order and the order confirmation is considered a new offer from us, which you can accept or reject the. You still have the right to invoke your original booking if this is consistent with what we have offered. Exceptions may occur.

5. Prices
All prices include VAT and possibly environmental fee. Total cost of purchase will appear before ordering and include all expenses associated with the purchase, such as postage, freight, packaging, etc.
Deliveries to Svalbard, Norwegian continental shelf, other remote Norwegian lands or other countries in Europe sold without the addition of VAT.

6. Payment
The purchase price can by your own choice settled through cash on delivery, bank or credit card or by acquiring financing.
By business purchases on credit invoicing for shipment and due for payment within a reasonable time and not later than the specified date at the applicable invoice. Insufficient payment will requirement for prior notification to be sent to a collection agency.
When using card purchase price will be required upon booking. The card will be charged on the day the shipment is made. Unclaimed and non-paid packages will be charged a fee of £ 350 to cover our expenses.

7. Delivery and delay
Products will be delivered in the manner, at the place and at the time indicated on the order confirmation. 8. Unclaimed cash on delivery

9. Examination of products

10. Your Rights at defects
If the products have incorrect or missing please circumstances demand rectification of the defect, replacement, price reduction, compensation or cancellation of the purchase.
Defects must be present when you receive the products in your possession. Wrong you notice within six months after receiving the products, should, however, normally considered errors that occurred before you received the products. See Section. 11.
Notification of errors or defects in products may be made to us verbally or in writing. This must take place within a reasonable time after you discovered the error or defect. You have, however, always at least two month warranty. We recommend consideration of evidence that the complaint submitted in writing.
Angelsafro.no will confirm receipt of all complaints. Angelsafro.no will confirm receipt of the goods returned to us or our service center for inspection or repair.
The right to complain applies for two years after you acquired the product, or five years if the product is supposed to last considerably longer than two years. Ability to obtain warranty is in addition to the right of withdrawal pursuant to section. 12.

11. Warranty
Our warranty does not imply any limitations in claim deadline for goods by consumer law. The warranty period is two years after you took the goods, or five years if the goods are supposed to last considerably longer than two years.
When purchasing loose hair and-or extensions warranty is valid only if you have followed all the advice and guidelines for such products on www.Angelsafro.no. See also section. 10.

12. Withdraw
The Act gives you the right to regret your purchase. Cancellation rights apply to goods and for certain services (see the exception in the last paragraph). Cancellation rights assumes you within 14 days after you receive the delivery give us notice of this (cooling off). If you have not received return form either in the order confirmation or upon delivery of products, extended this deadline to three months.
That the right of withdrawal shall be applicable, the product must be delivered us in the same quantity and condition as you received it. All products must be returned to us within a reasonable time. Any return shipment must be paid by you. We have the risk of transport back to us.
We are only obliged to pay back to you what you paid for the item including postage for shipment to you, handling, customs fees, collection charges, etc. This applies only when the full purchase price is returned. Repayment will take place within fourteen days after we receive the product from you or recall ballot or the product is made available to us. Cancellation shall not apply:
- For loose hair, extensions or wigs where the seal on the physical product is broken or it is evident that the item has been used (the hygienic and health reasons)
- If the customer fails to collect the package at the post office.

12. Personal Information
Our customers are concerned that Angelsafro.no handle personal information in a secure manner. The following sections provide a detailed description of how we handle this information.
When you shop with us, we keep including name, address, phone number and e-mail. This is information we need to deliver the goods to you via the carrier you choose, as well as contact you about matters related to the order. We are also obliged to keep this information in relation to accounting, duty handling and any possible warranty / return handling, so this information can not be deleted. 14. Sales Pant
We have a lien on the delivered products until the purchase price including interest and costs are paid in full.

15. Disputes
